Confined to working at a desk 8 hours a day, I have experienced wrist pain, tightness in my neck, and acute stiffness in my already injured hip. As a long time practitioner of yoga, I often try to set aside some time to stretch throughout the day. More recently however I have found that I do not have enough time to get into the yoga poses that get deep enough into my joints and muscles to alleviate the strains. That all changed when I learned Iron Kim Moving Meditation. These seemingly simple yet incredibly powerful movements are accessible even if I only have a few minutes to spare. The movements have worked wonders on my upper back and shoulders, improving my posture as I sit at my desk. My wrists in particular have benefited a great deal from the circular movements to counteract using my computer mouse all day long and subsequent fears of developing carpal tunnel. I have also found that the sequence and flow of all the movements together are incredibly well rounded and give my body a sense of balance. Whether I am looking to stretch my spine, build strength in my posture, increase my circulation in my extremities, or find a sense of peace of mind, the Iron Kim Moving Meditation movements give me to tools to do so. "The Iron Kim moving meditation’s benefits are simply amazing. These simple movements make me feel very relaxed and limber. They are also targeting some of the tightest areas in my body, especially my upper back and shoulders. Different people will feel the movements in different areas but the end result is more balance in the body. I now know what areas in my body are not strong or flexible, and I became more self-aware of my condition. I am so glad I participated in the seminar. "

Moving meditation techniques help to open the Chi or energy channels of the body so your energy and circulation can move freely. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, blocked Chi flow is the root of all illness. By keeping your Chi flowing you can keep your body healthy and your mind clear.

The principle of Moving Meditation is to unify the mind and body. If the mind and body are in harmony and functioning properly, the resulting natural strength can prevent or eliminate most mental and physical illnesses. This principle has been proven through many centuries of research by Traditional Martial Arts Masters and validated by testimonials from thousands of practitioners.
